SHIPPING POLICY

How much are the delivery charges?

Tamara Drugs & Cosmeceuticals- a unit of Tamira Aesthetic Healthcare And Lifestyle Pvt Ltd., charges for delivery are based on the order values for each of these order value types, as follows:

For Order values of Rs 999 or more - Free

For Order values of Rs 499 – 998 –   Rs.99

For order values of less than Rs.498 – Rs.49

What is the estimated delivery time?

Order confirmation happens for online payments once payment authorization and verification are obtained.

We will inform you once the order is confirmed and when the items are shipped with an update on the approximate delivery time

For Orders within India, 3-4 days is estimated delivery time.

For Orders outside India, 2-3 weeks is estimated delivery time.

All products will reach you within a time span of 3 to 4 days. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 4 days.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

PRICING & CANCELLATION

Pricing Information

While Tamira Drugs & Cosmeceuticals, shall endeavor to provide accurate product and pricing information, yet typographical errors might occur. Tamira Drugs & Cosmeceuticals cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Tamira Drugs & Cosmeceuticals shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Tamira Drugs & Cosmeceuticals may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Tamira Drugs & Cosmeceuticals will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address/ contact no. provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

Cancellation by Tamira Drugs & Cosmeceuticals

 Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancel include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.

MEDICINE DELIVERY POLICY

Important Instructions:

  1. Valid prescription from a Doctor is mandatory for all medicine orders
    2. We will not be able to process the orders without a valid prescription  Note: You are required to send a scan copy of valid prescription from an authorized Doctor which is mandatory.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Our payment gateway is Paytm, Paytm Wallet, Debit Crads, Credit Cards, Netbanking & UPI.

QUALITY AND AUTHENTICITY OF THE MEDICINES

We ensure that our partners procure the medicines directly from certified pharmacists and regulated manufacturers. Some of our partners are reputed manufacturers themselves. Rest assured, we ensure that you get only quality and authentic medicines that are well within the expiry date. 

HOW WILL I KNOW THE AVAILABILITY OF THE MEDICINE?

Please note that price & stock of medicines change in real time. We are working with our partners to expose real time price & stock information. 

HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

For Non-Prescription products

The order will be instantly confirmed once the payment is done and status of the shipment will be updated at each stage.

 For Prescription only medicine (Rx)

For products requiring a prescription will be asked to upload it in png, jpeg or pdf format at the checkout page. Follow the below steps to place the order.

Step 1: Customer uploads the prescription Step 2: Pharmacist reviews and digitize the prescription along with a order cart  Step 3: Customer will select the required items along with quantity and selects the mode of payment as desired Step 4: Our partner pharmacy will deliver the medicine at your doorstep depending upon the availability.

Please note the value shown in the order confirmation screen is just an approximate value and you will know the actual price when it is invoiced in the pharmacy after you confirm the order. If the mode of payment is card/net banking, then you will get an email with the invoice amount to be paid along after it is invoiced in the partner pharmacy. This step is to ensure we collect the exact amount after the invoice is finalized. 

WHY CAN'T I CONFIRM ORDER AS SOON AS I UPLOAD THE PRESCRIPTION?

This is because the pharmacists has to verify the prescription and digitize the same before you can confirm the order.
